2.Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology or related field

- Hands-on molecular biology experience
- Recombinant protein production
- Protein purification
-PCR/qPCR

-Basic knowledge of enzyme activity and protein QC

- Production of molecular biology enzymes
- Recombinant protein expression and purification
- Bacterial culture and molecular biology techniques

- SDS-PAGE and protein quality assessment
- Enzyme activity and functional QC

- Preparation of buffers, reagents and enzyme formulations
- Batch preparation and documentation
- Following SOPs and maintaining laboratory records
- Supporting optimisation and scale-up of enzyme production
