3. Educational Qualification:

M.Sc. Microbiology/

Biochemistry/Biotechnology

4. Preference: Male candidates preferred

5. Job Role :

a. Utility Testing

-Perform sampling and microbiological testing of purified water, WFI, clean steam, compressed gases, and other clean utilities as per approved procedures.

-Perform microbial enumeration, bioburden testing, endotoxin testing (where applicable), and other microbiological tests.

-Ensure timely completion of utility monitoring schedules.

b. Environmental Monitoring Activities:

-Perform routine environmental monitoring of cleanrooms (Active air sampling, Passive air monitoring, Surface monitoring and Personnel monitoring).

-Perform sampling activities as per approved schedules.

-Ensure proper handling and incubation of samples.

-Plate enumeration and management of environmental monitoring data.

c. Qualification Support:

-Utility qualification, HVAC qualification activities, cleaning validation support activities and Process simulation activities (where applicable)

d. Media Preparation:

-Manage preparation of microbiological media including:

-Ensure media preparation activities are performed as per SOPs.

-Perform Growth promotion testing, Media sterility checks and Media storage and expiry management

-Ensure traceability of media batches and records,
