2. Location: Krishi Rasayan Pvt. Ltd., Tissue Culture Laboratory, Konnagar, West Bengal
3. Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany, Plant Science, Life Sciences, Agriculture, or related fields.
4. Experience:
-Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory preferred
-Freshers with strong academic knowledge and hands-on tissue
culture training are also encouraged to apply
5. Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant tissue culture experience.
6. Key Responsibilities:
-Tissue culture media preparation and sterilization as per SOPs
-Handling nutrients, plant growth regulators, agar, and laboratory chemicals
-Operation of autoclaves, media dispensers, and laboratory equipment
-Media optimization and troubleshooting for various crop cultures
-Quality control and batch monitoring
-Documentation, record keeping, and compliance support
-Maintaining sterile laboratory conditions and production standards
