1. Position: Project Associate -
Nucleic Acid Extraction Development
2. Key Responsibilities:
-Development and optimization of DNA extraction reagents and buffers for diagnostic applications.
-Perform optimization of extraction chemistry for efficient nucleic acid recovery from different sample types.
-Conduct experimental trials for extraction reagent formulation and process optimization.
-Evaluate performance of extraction reagents using PCR / qPCR based downstream assays.
-Validation of extraction kits using clinical and reference samples.
-Maintain proper documentation of experiments, results, and protocols as per R&D and quality requirements.
-Support troubleshooting of extraction processes and reagent performance issues.
-Participate in technology transfer and scale-up activities for kit development when required.
3. Requirements:
M.Sc. / B.Tech/ M.Tech in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Life Sciences.
4. Experience: 
-1-2 years of experience in molecular biology or nucleic acid extraction workflows 
-Experience in DNA/RNA extraction and PCR/qPCR techniques is preferred
5. Job Location: Lonavala
