1. Position: Executive / Assistant Manager - Upstream (Cell Culture)
2. Department: Biologics / Upstream Processing
3. Requirement: 
The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure in mammalian cell culture operations within a biologics manufacturing environment.
4. Key Responsibilities:
-Cell culture operations (seed train, bioreactor handling)
-Scale-up and scale-down activities
-Media preparation, inoculation, harvesting
-Process monitoring and troubleshooting
-Adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and data documentation
-Coordination with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Downstream)
5. Qualifications & Experience:
M.Sc(Biotechnology)/ M. Pharm (Biotechnology/Life Sciences or related)
6. Experience: 
-Relevant 2 to 7 Years experience in Upstream Cell Culture operations
-Exposure to bioreactors and GMP manufacturing is preferred
