1. Designation: R and D Assistant ( Molecular Biology) 
2. Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Biotechnology /Molecular Biology / Life Sciences /Biochemistry
3. Key Responsibilities:
a. Perform PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, DNA/RNA extraction, and related molecular biology experiments
b. Prepare reagents and buffers; maintain laboratory stocks
c. Assist with experimental setup, troubleshooting, and accurate data recording
d .Maintain documentation, including lab records, SOPs, and reports
e. Support inventory management and ensure smooth laboratory
operations
4. Required Skills : 
- Strong fundamentals in PCR and molecular biology techniques
-Good problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
-Proficiency in basic documentation (MS Excel, Word, Canva)
-Good laboratory practices and pipetting skills
