1. Position:QA/QC Executive
2. Experience 2-4 Years
3. Education:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or Chemistry
4. Industry Experience
Food Processing/Spice Manufacturing/Dehydrated Food Industry
5. Key Responsibilities:
I. Inspection and Testing
Incoming, In-process & Finished Product sampling & testing.
II. Food Safety and Compliance
Ensure strict implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
Monitor pest control effectiveness and personal hygiene compliance on the plant floor.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards such as FSSAI and international export norms (BRC).
III. Documentation and Audits
Maintain up-to-date SOPs, batch manufacturing records, and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) reports.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment regularly.
Assist management during external customer audits and third-party certification checks.
Fill up the customer questionnaires & other documents.
IV. Problem solving and CAPA:
Investigate customer complaint root cause, corrective & preventive actions.
Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) measures to avoid repeat issues.
V. Technical Skills :
Hands-on lab testing proficiency, strong knowledge of food safety management systems (BRC).
VI . Soft Skills
Clear communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, and ability to train line operators.
