2. Role Description : 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Microbiologist specializing in probiotics, located in Coimbatore. 
The role involves performing microbiological research, using laboratory equipment, managing and conducting quality assurance and quality control procedures, and contributing to the development and enhancement of probiotic
products. 
The role also entails preparing reports on findings, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate documentation of all experiments and processes.
3. Qualifications: 
Proficiency in Microbiology, with a strong understanding of microbial cultures and probiotics
Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes in a laboratory or manufacturing setting
Hands-on experience working with Laboratory Equipment and applying Laboratory Skills
Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data for quality improvement
4. Educational Qualification: 
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to research excellence
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to probiotics manufacturing
Good communication and documentation skills
