1. Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh
2. Job responsibilities:
1. To manage day to day activities in Microbiology Laboratory.

2. To ensure smooth functioning of Microbiology laboratory as per CGLP.

3. To ensure Good Laboratory Practices in Microbiology laboratory.

4. To ensure timely analysis and release of the product.

5. To review control document and implementation of corrected procedure in microbiology laboratory.

6. To represent Microbiology lab in various inspection/audits.

7. To ensure the training of the lab persons and to develop competency in the analyst.

8. To ensure Method validation of raw material and Finished product as per specified method.

9. To ensure cleaning Validation, disinfectant study and other miscellaneous validation activities.

10. To ensure timely support to the manufacturing blocks to fulfil the validations and routine requirements. (Plant support).

11. To prepare validation protocol and SOPs as per current regulatory and updating of procedure and SOPs as per current regulatory requirements.

12. To investigate OOS/MDD/OOT/OOE/OOL/LAB incidence and disregard maintain and implementation of suggested CAPA in Microbiology laboratory.

13. Accountable to manage the adequate resources required for microbiology laboratory.

14. Accountable for proper work distribution among the analysts.

15. Accountable for equipment/instrument gets calibrated/validated as per calibration and validation schedule.

3. Microbiologist Requirements:
Degree in microbiology or biochemistry or related (essential).
2+ years of experience as a microbiologist (essential).
Ability to plan and execute experimental protocols.
Proficient in methods and practices of microbiological analysis.
Great ability to prepare research papers and technical reports.
