1. Job Title: Coordinator
2. Department: Microbiology R&D
3. Location: Thane
4. Reporting: Sr. Vice President
5. Job Responsibilities
a. Customer Interaction:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for all Indian customers ordering ATCC products.
-Understand customer requirements and ensure timely responses with appropriate technical clarity.
-Liaise with Senior Scientist, Microbiologist and Procurement team in customer organization.

b. Internal Coordination:
-Coordinate efficiently with HiMedia's Marketing, Sales and Dispatch department to ensure smooth order processing, documentation, and logistics.
-Work closely with the ATCC Product Manager and Senior Management to communicate customer needs, feedback, and concerns.
-Providing support for preparing flyers, web-materials, social media posts 

c. Technical Support:
-Provide first-level technical clarification related to ATCC cultures, and cell line & microbial handling.
-Collaborate with in-house technical experts for any higher-level support required by customers.
-Maintain accurate records of communication, purchase orders, shipment updates, and resolutions.
-Prepare periodic reports on ATCC-related inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
6. Experience and Skills Set:
a. Education: 
M.Sc. in Microbiology (Essential)
b. Experience: 
-1-2 years of experience in a customer support or coordination role (preferably in life sciences or microbiology domain)
-Strong business communication and coordination skills
-Sound knowledge of microbiology concepts
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, pptx, Gmail, Word)
-Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
-Confident yet humble in verbal and written communication

-Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-functional team
