3. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily lab operations and ensure adherence to NABL quality standards
- Implement and maintain NABL accreditation processes and documentation
-Develop and enforce quality control procedures and safety protocols
-Manage and train laboratory staff to ensure high standards of performance
-Coordinate with external regulatory bodies for audits and compliance
4. Qualifications & Skills:
a. Education: UG/PG in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Medical Lab Technology, or related fields
b. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a NABL-accredited laboratory, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role
c. Strong knowledge of EQAS and laboratory quality management systems
d.Expertise in internal audits, proficiency testing, and regulatory compliance
e. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
f. Ability to implement LIMS
(Laboratory Information Management System) and digital documentation processes
