4. Job Overview:
Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Organoids Cell Culture Specialist to support our cutting-edge project focused on mRNA-based personalized cancer vaccines. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and characterizing patient-derived organoid models to facilitate vaccine development.
5. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain patient-derived organoids for in vitro modeling of cancer.
- Perform organoid culture, expansion, and differentiation under optimized conditions.
- Conduct viability assays, immunofluorescence, and molecular characterization (qPCR, RNA-seq, etc.).
Optimize and standardize organoid culture protocols for reproducibility and scalability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including immunologists and molecular biologists, to assess vaccine efficacy.
- Maintain detailed experimental records and contribute to research publications.
- Ensure compliance with biosafety and ethical guidelines.
6. Qualifications & Experience:
Master's (2-5 years experience) or Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, cancer Biology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with 3D organoid culture and patient-derived cell models.
- Strong knowledge of cancer biology, and immunology.
- Proficiency in cell culture techniques, microscopy, and molecular biology assays.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
