a. Filling RC , coordinating the projects with internal and external stakeholders. 
b. Managing and organizing sales related documentation such as contracts , proposals and invoices. 
c. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and transactions. 
d.  Coordinating meetings , conference calls  and appointments. 
e. Maintaining tender and quotation data. 
f. Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests ensuring timely and professional responses. 
g. Address customer queries via phone , e mail or in person providing product information and pricing. 
h. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for  upsetting and cross selling products and services to existing customers. 
i. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite ( Word, Excel , PowerPoint, Outlook ) 
j. Customer centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service 
k. Must have a deep understanding of NGS services.
