Position: Executive - Production (Fermentation)
Location: Vishakhapatnam (Vizag), AP, India
No. of Positions: 8

Key Responsibilities:
🧪 Fermentation Operations: Operate fermenters (20L - 30KL), nutrient dosing vessels, media preparation vessels and CIP tanks
🧫 Media Preparation: Prepare media, buffers, and chemical solutions
🔬 Sterilization & Cleaning: Perform equipment sterilization and cleaning activities
💻 Automation Systems: Work with DCS/SCADA systems
🧪 Lab Equipment Handling: Operate autoclaves, pH meters, lab centrifuges and weighing balances
🦠Microbiology Techniques: Conduct plating techniques, gram staining and microscopic observations
📊 Calibration & Verification: Calibrate pH meters and verify standard weights
📋 Documentation: Adhere to GMP), GDP, SOPs, EHS and BMRs
🧹 Housekeeping: Supervise housekeeping activities and maintain RM inventory
🧪 In-Process Sampling: Perform in-process product sampling & Real Time data entry
