1. Position- Senior Laboratory Technician (Molecular Biology/ Lyophilization)

3. Qualification- 
a. Master's in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Bio- Medicals 
b. Prefer 1 to 2 Years of experience in a medical laboratory /Molecular Biology lab .
c. Prior experience in a Lyophilization is an additive. 
d.  Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision 
e. Knowledge of Microsoft  Office  Applications ( Excel , Word , PowerPoint) 
4. Job Description- 
a. Formulation of various Molecular Biology buffers / solutions with quality control checks 
b. Perform DNA/RNA Extraction/ Qualification from various biological samples 
c. PCR master mix preparation and perform PCR assays on various commercial platforms. 
d.  Perform Lyophilization of various Formulations and evaluation with standard operating procedures 
e. Perform QC/ Calibration of different Molecular Biology equipments.
f. Production of multiple Lyophilized Molecular kits 
g. Data compilation and report writing.
