b. Proficiency in protein purification techniques, specifically using AKTA pure and AKTA systems for Affinity, Ion Exchange and size exclusion chromatography. 
c. Proficiency in protein identification using database searches ( e. g  UniProt) with a foundational knowledge of Bioinformatics applications to support mass Spectrometry based protein Characterization.
