1. Position: Internship in Host-Pathogen Interaction for Biotrophic and Hemibiotrophic Pathogens in Wheat
2. Supervisor: Dr. Sudhir Navathe
33. Location: Agharkar Research Institute, Experimental and Research Farm (Hol), 8 Fata, Nira-Baramati Road, Soratewadi, Taluka - Baramati, Pune, Maharashtra 412306
4. Eligibility: Final-year BSc/MSc students in Agriculture, Microbiology, Plant Pathology, or Biotechnology
5. Duration: 4 months (Preferred: December 2024 to March 2025)
6. During this internship, you will receive comprehensive training in:
-Isolation and subculturing of wheat pathogens
-Microscopy and molecular techniques
-Inoculation methods and infection assays
-Disease screening and phenotyping
-Data analysis using relevant software
