Details are provided below-

 I ] 1. Position: In Vitro Biologist
2. Educational Requirements:
 M. Sc / M. Pharm / PhD in life sciences or related areas with 5-10 years of drug discovery/ CRO In vitro experience.
3.. Experience-
  • Experience with immunology research related technologies: human whole blood, PBMCs, T-cells, cytokine assays and FACS related assays.
  • In vitro assay development and optimization of cell-based assay and enzyme-based assay for various targets in the respective therapeutic areas such as immune-oncology/Oncology in Drug Discovery field.
  • Hands on cell culture experience including primary human cells.
  • Experience with molecular, cellular and biochemical techniques in 96/384 well format.
  • Conduct and troubleshoot a wide range of biological / molecular / biochemical assays including, but not limited to: cell-based assays, cell lines transfection, ELISAs, 3D assays, HTRF, RT-PCR, Western blotting, microscopy
  • Responsible for writing of Protocols, uploading of the data, Lab notebook record keeping and SOP writing.

II] 1. Position: In-Vitro Scientist
2. Educational Requiremnets -
  • M. Sc/ M. Tech/ M. Pharm ( biochemistry, pharmacology, biotechnology, or related areas)
3. Experience-  Experience with 5-10 years of drug discovery/ CRO in vitro ADME/ DMPK experience.
  • Planning of experiments and LC-MS/MS Analysis for Pharmacokinetic (PK),Toxicology (Tox), Biomarker, Bioavailability (BA), metabolic stability and other bioanalytical studies.
  • Size exclusion chromatography (SEC)
