The Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (BRIC-RGCB), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala has invited applications for Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) under an ICMR/MAHA MedTech-funded research project.
There is one vacancy available for eligible candidates with an M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Life Sciences and relevant experience in membrane protein purification.
The selected candidate will work in the laboratory of Dr. Mahendran K R, Scientist-E-II, on a research project titled “An AI-Integrated Ultrasensitive Nanopore Sensing System for Non-invasive Early Detection of Cervical Cancer.”

Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess an M.Sc. or equivalent degree in any branch of Life Sciences with at least 70% marks.
Candidates must also have a minimum of one year of experience in membrane protein purification.
A documented experience certificate is required.
Relevant Life Science backgrounds may include Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology and other applicable disciplines, subject to the requirements of the official notification.
