Shramik Milk and Food Processing Industry, Sangamner, Maharashtra is inviting applications from experienced professionals for multiple positions in its Milk Dairy Plant and Milk Powder Plant.

1. Assistant QA Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of Quality Management Systems.
• Monitor quality at all stages of milk processing and production.
• Coordinate with Production, QC and other departments.
• Maintain quality records, documentation and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits.

2. Quality Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze raw milk, in-process samples and finished products.
• Conduct chemical testing of milk and milk products.
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.

3. Microbiologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing of raw milk, water, environment and milk products.
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation and the plant environment.
• Maintain microbiological records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Support audits and handle investigations.

Eligibility & Key Requirements

Candidates should have experience in a milk dairy plant and/or milk powder plant. Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, milk and milk product testing, food safety, hygiene, GMP practices, laboratory testing and documentation is required.

Dairy industry experience is mandatory. The recruitment poster indicates an experience requirement of 1–5 years, along with knowledge of food safety, GMP and hygiene practices.
