Experience Minimum 3 years in IPQA/QA – Food Manufacturing
Qualification B.Sc./M.Sc. Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field
Industry Preference Spice Manufacturing / FMCG Food Industry
Salary Up to ₹40,000/month
Candidate Preference Male candidates only

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IPQA/QA experience in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Experience handling external audits such as FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC and customer audits.
  • Experience in spice manufacturing/FMCG food industry preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform in-process quality checks during spice manufacturing and packing.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI and food-safety standards.
  • Conduct shop-floor quality inspections and hygiene audits.
  • Maintain IPQA records, batch documents and quality reports.
  • Handle external audits, audit documentation and CAPA closure.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse and Quality teams for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATION

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety systems and quality documentation.

SALARY

💰 Up to ₹40,000/- per month
As per experience and interview performance.
