Educational Qualification

  • M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences or a related discipline.

Relevant Experience

  • 2–9 years of experience in Quality Control (Microbiology).

Key Responsibilities & Basic Techniques

Experience/knowledge in the following areas is desirable:

  • Aseptic techniques and cleanroom practices
  • Environmental monitoring – active and passive
  • Media preparation and sterility checks
  • Microbial Limit Test (MLT)
  • Bioburden testing
  • Growth Promotion Test (GPT) for media validation
  • Sterility testing (including USP <71> and <72>)
  • Mycoplasma testing
  • Endotoxin/BET testing (USP <85>, EP <2.6.14>)
  • Visual inspection of particulate matter (USP <790>)
  • Data analysis and documentation

🧬 2. QC Cell Culture & Molecular Biology

Educational Qualification

  • M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Molecular Biology or a related discipline.

Relevant Experience

  • 2–9 years of experience in Quality Control, particularly in Cell Culture and/or Molecular Biology.

Key Responsibilities & Basic Techniques

Candidates with experience in the following techniques are encouraged to apply:

  • Adherent and suspension cell culture handling
  • Cell counting and viability assessment
  • Cell banking and subculturing
  • Flow cytometry (FACS) for cell characterization
  • qPCR / RT-qPCR, including applications such as VCN, HCD and RCL
  • ELISA, including HCP and p24 assays
  • DNA/RNA extraction and quantification
  • Aseptic techniques and contamination control
  • CAR-T cell manufacturing and quality testing
  • Lentiviral Vector (LVV) production and analysis
  • Data analysis and documentation
