2. Qualification: M.Sc./ BTech (Biotechnology)
3. Experience:5-8 Years of experience in Upstream Manufacturing
4. Job Description: 
-To oversee daily shop-floor manufacturing, compliance & scheduling to ensure efficient batch execution.
-Responsible for preparation & execution of process validation & cleaning validation protocol & report.
-Assist with equipment validations (IQ, OQ,DQ & PQ) & coordinate for preventive maintenance periodically.
-To oversee cleaning in place (CIP) & sterilization in place (SIP) of fermenters with associated process vessels & Cell bank preparation with smooth handling.
-To prepare & review batch manufacturing records (BMR), handle quality deviations, OOS (out of specification), CAPA & change controls. 
-Strong knowledge of cGMP standards & data integrity.
-Responsible for Preparing as well as handling production Facility in GMP norms for all Audits.
-Provide training, support, and performance evaluations to team members.
-Typically requires 6 to 8 years of hands-on manufacturing operation experience, with specific exposure to large-scale Fermentation, Homogenizer and Centrifuge.
