-biosafety practices.
-Hands-on laboratory experience in microbiology, food science, or molecular biology (academic projects and thesis work qualify).
-Strong attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to work both independently and as a reliable team member.
8. Nice to Have:
Any prior exposure to bacteriophage work, even at a university project or thesis level.
Familiarity with priority AMR pathogens common to human and veterinary health settings (E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp., Clostridium perfringens, Campylobacter, Psuedomonas aeruginosa).
Knowledge of BSL-2 containment procedures and safe handling of pathogens.
Comfort working in an early-stage environment with evolving protocols and growing responsibilities.
