Details of the available position is provided below 
1. Position: QC Analyst
2. Department: Quality Control
3. Reporting To: Quality Team Head
4. Qualification :
M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology
5. Experience :1 to 3 years of experience in a Quality Control laboratory preferably Male candidates to work in Shifts.
Experience in physico-chemical analysis will be preferred.
6. Key Responsibilities: 
-Perform sampling and physico-chemical analysis of RM, PM, SFG, and FG.
-Generate analysis reports and maintain laboratory records
accurately.
-Manage samples, labels, and sample storage as per SOP requirements.
-Collect and analyze in-process production samples and communicate results promptly.
-Verify equipment calibration status and maintain laboratory checklists.
-Conduct online inspections and pre-dispatch quality checks of finished goods.
- Analyze regulatory, validation, and demonstration samples as per specified requirements.
-Maintain FG control samples, logbooks, and storage records.
-Conduct shelf-life and stability studies in accordance with established procedures.
-Support ISO 9001:2015 and QMS activities, including SOP preparation, review, and documentation.
-Ensure timely updating of logbooks, calibration records. and
quality documents.
-Adhere to laboratory safety practices and quality compliance requirements.

-Physico-chemical testing and analysis
-Basic microbiology knowledge
-Documentation and report preparation
-Laboratory sample management
-ISO 9001:2015 awareness
-Good communication and teamwork skills
