1. Role Description:
The Jr Executive -Plant Tissue Culture role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai/Thane.
In this role, the candidates will be responsible for reviewing plant tissue culture-related products and associated documentation, 
including physical, chemical and microbiological evaluations. 
2. Key responsibilities : 
 -Maintaining tissue culture samples record, 
-Coordinating laboratory experiments and analyzing results and supporting method development and process optimization initiatives for research and development (R&D) projects.
-The Jr Executive will collaborate with seniors and QC personnel to ensure consistency, reliability and continual improvement of plant tissue culture products.

4. Qualifications:
-Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills, including handling plant tissue culture 
-Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's or master's degree in Botany, Biotechnology,
Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
-Knowledge of plant tissue culture techniques, sterile handling and culture media preparation is highly beneficial.
-Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a laboratory team environment.
