Analyst/Research Associate - Bioanalytical to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bioanalytical method development, validation, and sample analysis using advanced analytical techniques while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

1. Position: Scientist/
Analyst/Research Associate - Bioanalytical 
2. Location: Manipal (Udupi, Karnataka)
3. Key Responsibilities: 
-Perform bioanalytical testing and sample analysis using LC-MS/MS, and other relevant analytical platforms.
-Participate in method development, method validation, method transfer, and troubleshooting activities.
-Analyze biological/clinical study samples and interpret analytical data accurately.
-Ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
-Maintain laboratory instruments, perform routine calibrations, and support equipment qualification activities.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables.
4. Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in Bioanalytical Research industries.
Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS & other bioanalytical techniques.
Strong knowledge of bioanalytical method validation and regulatory requirements.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
5. Required Qualification: 
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
