Required Scientific Officer -Cytogenetics
Core Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd is looking for a dedicated Scientific Officer - Cytogenetics with hands-on experience in conventional cytogenetics and FISH techniques to join their  growing laboratory team.

1. Position: Scientific Officer -Cytogenetics
2. Location: Gurugram
3. Company: Core Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd.
4. Eligibility: B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
5. Experience: 1-5 years of hands-on experience in Cytogenetics and FISH processing
-Practical experience in karyotyping, slide preparation, and chromosome banding techniques
-Knowledge of CAP, NABL, and laboratory quality management systems
-Strong attention to detail and
good documentation practices
6. Preferred:
-Experience in a diagnostic or molecular genetics laboratory
-Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
7. Key Responsibilities:
-Perform cell culturing, harvesting, slide preparation, and G-banding for Karyotyping
-Process solid tissue and cell suspension FISH samples as per established protocols
-Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance in compliance with CAP and NABL guidelines
Maintain daily inventory and consumption records of laboratory reagents and consumables
-Adhere to laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and turnaround timelines
-Coordinate with the reporting and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow
