They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research & Development Intern to join their team.
The selected candidate will contribute directly to day-to-day laboratory operations spanning both R&D and quality control, gaining hands-on exposure to immunoassay development, assay validation, and QMS-compliant documentation in a fast-paced medical device environment.
6. Key Responsibilities:
-Carry out day-to-day laboratory work involving immunoassay development and related quality control procedures.
-Support quality control activities, including in-process testing and documentation of results.
-Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams on ongoing projects.
-Assist in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and assay performance.
-Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation in accordance with QMS guidelines (ISO 13485:2016).
7. Requirements:
-Final-year students pursuing or graduates (within the past 12 months) of a Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology only.
-Hands-on experience in wet laboratory techniques, including proficiency with micropipettes,spectrophotometer, and other standard wet lab instruments.
-Strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Candidates must be based in or willing to relocale to Pune prior to joining (required).
