1. Position: QC Supervisor Molecular Biology 
2. Experience: 8-12 Years experience in Biologics/
Biosimilars Quality Control Strong hands-on expertise in molecular biology and protein characterization techniques 
Experience in laboratory operations,team management, and quality systems
Sound understanding of GMP and compliance requirements
3. Job Responsibility: In this role, you will lead and oversee critical molecular biology assays for batch release and stability testing, including SDS-PAGE, ELISA (HCP & PAL), PCR-based HCD assays, CE-SDS, Mycoplasma testing, and Western Blotting. 
You will be responsible for analytical planning, ensuring timely execution of testing activities, managing QMS elements, and leading a team of 10-12 professionals.
