1. Research global nutraceutical trends, emerging ingredients, delivery formats, and health categories.
2. Develop innovative product concepts based on market demand and scientific evidence.
3. Prepare concept notes, presentations, and product pitch materials for the Business Development team.
4. Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, and Business Development teams during new product development.
5. Support formulation planning, product positioning, and commercialization activities.
6. Monitor FSSAI regulations, ingredient updates, and recommend suitable alternatives as needed.
7. Evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and supplier offerings.
8. Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and supplier presentations to identify innovation opportunities.
9. Maintain the product innovation pipeline and conduct competitor and market analysis.

1. Knowledge of nutraceutical ingredients and FSSAI regulations.
2. Strong market research, analytical, and presentation skills.
3. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
