CONCORD BIOTECH is hiring for multiple positions  Details are provided below  1. Position : Sr. Officer / Executive - Upstream Fermentation  2. Experience: 05 to 12 Yrs Exp 3. Job Responsibilities:  -Execute upstream fermentation operations as per SOP and cGMP guidelines. -Perform media preparation, inoculum preparation, sterilization, and culture transfer activities. -Operate and monitor bioreactors/fermenters during batch and fed-batch processes. -Monitor process parameters like pH, DO, temperature, agitation, airflow, and pressure. -Perform CIP/SIP activities and ensure equipment cleanliness and sterility. -Maintain aseptic conditions during all fermentation operations. -Conduct routine sampling and process monitoring activities. -Handle fermentation-related documentation, logbooks, and batch manufacturing records. -Identify and troubleshoot process abnormatities during fermentation. -Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Maintenance departments. -F...

1. Position: Officer - Production (Cell Culture)
2. Job Location: Kadi, Gujarat (Bus facility available for daily commute)
3. Job Responsibility:-
-Receiving pre-incubated eggs for Tissue culture process
-Primary Cell culture operation, inoculation, observation of monolayer and harvesting
-Secondary Cell culture operation, inoculation, observation of monolayer and harvesting
-Monitoring incubation of roller bottles and cell culture chambers
-Cell culture media and related reagents preparation
-Co-ordination with live/inactivated vaccine in-charge for harvest storage & generation
-Inactivation and in-process result
-Working with roller culture apparatus
-Filling of BMR and reconciliations of media and harvest
-Knowledge of Autoclave & DHS operations
4. Preferred candidate profile:-
-Must have knowledge of cell culture and tissue culture operation
-Must have knowledge of media, autoclave and DHS operation
5. Qualifications & Requirements:-
M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology (Will be considered only)
6. Experience: 2 to 3 years experience required in injectable filling
