1-2 years of experience.
Experience in WES analysis is essential.

4. Key Responsibilities: 
-Assist in WES data analysis and variant annotation.
-Support ACMG classification.
-Literature review.
-Perform variant annotation and filtering.
-Draft preliminary clinical reports.
-Maintain laboratory documentation.
-Participate in quality assurance activities.
-Stay updated with current genetics literature.

1. Post: Cytogenomic Variant Analyst 
2. Qualification: 
B.Sc/M.Sc / M.Tech / Ph.D in Genetics, cytogenetics, Biotechnology or any related Life Sciences
3. Experience: 
1-2 years of experience.
Experience in CMA analysis is essential.
Internship/fresher with CMA course may apply.
4. Key Responsibilities: 
-Perform quality control and quality assurance of CMA data.
-Correlate genomic findings with clinical phenotype.
-Prepare accurate and clinically relevant CMA reports.
-Collaborate with clinical geneticists and genetic counsellors for case interpretation.
-QC of array data.
