1. Role: Senior Research Associate Biotech Lab
2. Location: Georai Plant, Badnapur, Jalna (Chh. Sambhajinagar region)
3. Education: M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Life Sciences 
4. Experience Required: 10+ years of professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the Seed Industry.
5. Core Responsibilities: 
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-level laboratory protocols, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to cross-functional project success.
6. Key domains include:
a. Molecular Breeding & Research: Executing molecular marker research and utilizing related advanced techniques.
b. Genetic Engineering: Overseeing molecular cloning procedures, designing/handling expression vectors, and conducting comprehensive gene expression studies.
c. Tissue Culture: Managing plant
tissue culture processes and underlying laboratory experimentation.
