1. Position : Scientific Officer - Clinical Trials (ELISA & amp; Biorepository)

2. Key Responsibilities:

-Perform ELISA assays for clinical trial and Diagnostic samples as per approved protocols and SOPs.

-Prepare reagents, standards, controls, calibrators and Samples in recommended Dilution.

-Process and analyze biological samples,ensuring data integrity and compliance with study requirements.

-Maintain accurate laboratory records, worksheets, and analytical documentation.

-Support assay validation, method tech-transfer, and troubleshooting activities.

-Ensure compliance with GCLP, study protocols, and sponsor requirements.

-Adhere to laboratory quality systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

-Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.

-Maintain proper documentation and ensure readiness for sponsor and regulatory audits.

-Biorepository Management:

Receive, accession, process, aliquot, label, and store clinical trial samples.

-Maintain sample inventory and tracking systems.

-Ensure proper sample storage,retrieval,reconciliation, and shipment activities.

-Monitor storage equipment and maintain temperature records.

-Ensure chain of custody and sample traceability throughout the study lifecycle.

-Adhere to laboratory quality systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

-Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.

-Maintain proper documentation and ensure readiness for sponsor and regulatory audits.

4. Qualifications:

BMLT or M.Sc. in Microbiology

5. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in ELISA testing, immunoassays, or clinical research laboratory operations.

-Experience in sample processing, aliquoting, and biorepository management is preferred.

-Knowledge of clinical trial laboratory practices and GCLP guidelines will be an advantage.

Required Skills

-Ability to work in a regulated clinical research environment.
