-Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
-Experience in food manufacturing or food testing laboratory preferred.
-Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GLP and food safety systems.
Strong analytical, documentation & communication skills.

3. Key Responsibilities:
-Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
-Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and maintain laboratory records
-Conduct sensory evaluations and support product development activities.
-Ensure compliance with customer specifications, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
-Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and take necessary quality actions when required.
-Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including MSDS, customer declarations, and audit records.
-Maintain reference and retention samples and ensure proper disposal of expired samples.
