4. Key Responsibilities: 
- Lead and manage the Quality Control (ADL) functions in the R&D lab.
-Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of analytical testing for nutraceutical products.
-Oversee method development, validation, and documentation.
-Ensure adherence to GLP, GMP, ISO and other regulatory guidelines.
-Provide technical guidance and support to the R&D team.
5. Qualification Required: 
M.Sc/M.Pharm in Analytical Chemistry/Biochemistry/
Life Sciences or related field.
6. Experience: 8-15 years of experience in QC/ADL, preferably inNutraceuticals/
Pharma industry.
-Strong leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills.
