1. Position: QC Executive/ Senior QC executive
2. Company- GeneBio Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.
3. Location- Barabanki
Experience- 02-03 Years (IVD Industry only)
4. Qualification :  Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
5. Required Skills:
-Strong knowledge of QC laboratory practices.
-Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Leadership and team management abilities.
-Documentation and audit handling experience.

6. Key Responsibilities: 
-Supervise testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
-Ensure timely batch review and product release per quality standards.
-Monitor laboratory operations, instrument calibration, and maintenance.
-Review analytical reports, stability studies, and environmental records.
-Investigate OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) issues.
-Adhere to GLP and laboratory safety standards.
-Maintain laboratory inventory and manage QC operations.
-Approve analytical reports, COAs, and QC documentation.
-Ensure product quality compliance with specifications.
-Maintain QC instruments and calibration schedules.
-Monitor laboratory safety and housekeeping practices.
-Keep QC records, SOPs, and regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, GMP, GLP), Participate in audits and handle deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
-Experience with ELISA, Rapid Test Kits, Molecular Diagnostics, or Clinical Chemistry.
-Understanding of stability studies and risk management systems.
