3. Job Description:
-Act as a liaison between the multi-location trails head and individual trail locations.
-Oversee trials of field, vegetable, and fodder crop entries in various stages (early, advanced, pre-commercial, commercial) and chemical/biological product testing trials.
-Accountable for designing trials, creating trial plans, uploading trial data in software, and preparing layouts.
-Get training for effective trial sowings.
-Time to time updating of observations in the record and mobile software
-Should maintain cordial relation with farming community for hassle free fired operations
-Should timely act take precautionary measures when crop effected with pest/disease symptoms occurs. 
-Time to time report about the crop status to reporting authority through whatsap or video call
-Should give clear information during client crop visit about the trail specifications.
-Shouldn't allow any other person to maintained the confidentiality about the trial
-Don't disclose the trial details to anybody without MLT manager permission including client
-Willing to take transfers any other location, if needed the service.
-Timely harvest and timely record pre and post-harvest data without delay
-After completion the trial harvest update the data in mobile software and should dispatch hard copy to the office
-Timely submission of bills travel, petty cash, lease documents.
-Lookout qualities in the candidate:
