3. Educational Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Plant Biotechnology, Biotechnology, Plant Tissue Culture, Microbiology, Plant Sciences, Agricultural Biotechnology, Botany, or related disciplines.

5. Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications, experience, and demonstrated technical expertise.
6. Key Responsibilities: 
-Improve multiplication ratios, rooting performance, plant quality, and production efficiency while resolving issues related to contamination, browning, vitrification, weak growth, and off-types.
-Supervise media preparation, monitor pH, nutrient balance, hormone concentrations, gel strength, and establish quality standards.
-Lead contamination control initiatives through audits, root-cause  analysis, and preventive measures across laboratory operations.
-Establish plant quality benchmarks, analyze production data, and ensure consistency in plant performance.
-Oversee quality control of mycorrhiza and microbial products, including viability assessment, root colonization studies, shelf-life evaluation, and batch consistency.
-Support commercial scale-up, develop SOPs, train laboratory personnel, and collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and reduce losses.
