Required Manager - Downstream - M.Sc. or M.Tech in Biotechnology/Bioprocess Engineering.

1. Position: Manager - Downstream 
2. Qualification: M.Sc. or M.Tech in Biotechnology/Bioprocess Engineering.
3. Experience: 8 to 12 Years in Biopharmaceutical Downstream Processing.
4. Required Skills: 
-Large-scale Chromatography, Ultrafiltration, Viral Filtration, tech transfer, and Process Validation knowledge.
-Proven team leadership and regulatory audit Bexperience.
5. Key Responsibilities: 
-Lead and manage a high-performance team for large-scale downstream manufacturing of biologics.
-Oversee column packing, purification processes, and process characterization.
-Author and review manufacturing batch records, SOPs, and technical reports.
-Plan and track production schedules and resources.
-Support process validation, technology transfer, and process scale-up activities.
-Ensure full compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
-Lead process troubleshooting and root cause analysis for deviations.
