Required Laboratory Technician 
INTENSE BIO-ENERZIES PVT LTD is a leading renewable energy company focused on the production of Compressed Biogas (CBG) from agricultural biomass. Their plant utilizes Napier grass, paddy straw, and other organic feedstocks to produce clean and sustainable energy while supporting a greener future.
Details about the role is provided below 
1. Role Description
They are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join their Bio-CBG Plant in Rajasthan. 
2. Key Responsibilities: 
-The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out laboratory analysis of incoming raw materials, monitoring process parameters, and supporting efficient biogas generation through accurate testing and reporting.
-The role includes testing feedstocks such as Napier grass and paddy straw, monitoring slurry quality, and conducting routine analyses including Total Solids (TS), Volatile Solids (VS), Volatile Fatty Acids (VFA), pH, alkalinity, moisture content, and other key parameters related to anaerobic digestion. -The technician will maintain laboratory records, prepare reports, ensure proper
calibration of laboratory equipment, and work closely with plant operations to optimize gas production and process stability.
3. Qualifications: 
Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline. 
4. Experience: 
-Experience in laboratory operations, biomass processing, biogas/CBG plants, wastewater treatment, ethanol plants, or similar process industries will be preferred.
-A good understanding of anaerobic digestion processes, laboratory testing methods, and data analysis is desirable. 
-Strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and the ability to work independently in an industrial environment are essential.
