4. Key Responsibilities
-Act as primary liaison between sponsor clients and internal scientific teams.
-Coordinate end-to-end preclinical study execution (in vitro / in vivo).
-Build & maintain project timelines; proactively flag delays.
-Track study milestones, budgets and resource allocation.
-Identify out-of-scope requests and raise change orders promptly.
-Ensure all documentation complies with GLP & QA standards.
-Prepare study reports; coordinate with technical writing for client delivery.
-Organise internal / external meetings and client lab visits.
-Oversee sample logistics, data transfers and lab inventory.
-Escalate operational, financial or compliance risks to senior management.
-Support any additional project management initiatives assigned by management.
