-Execute plasma product manufacturing activities as per approved procedures and production schedules.
-Prepare buffers and process solutions required for Downstream Processing (DSP) 
-Operate and monitor DSP equipment and manufacturing instruments.
-Monitor and record environmental parameters such as differential pressure, temperature, and humidity in classified areas.
-Ensure equipment and production areas are clean, qualified, and ready for batch operations.
-Follow SOPs, BMRs, GMP, and GDP requirements while maintaining accurate documentation.
-Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for smooth batch execution.
-Support equipment qualification, validation, commissioning, and process validation activities.
-Manage raw material, chemical, and solvent availability for manufacturing operations.
-Report deviations, abnormalities, and safety concerns, and contribute
to SOP and QMS documentation preparation.
