5. Overview: 
a. Upstream and Downstream
Fermentation Production Process
b. Monthly Production Batches Planning
c. To achieve Production Targets
d. Work Allocation to subordinates
e. Stock Coordination
f. Documentation
g. Inter Department Co-ordination
6. Responsibilities and Duties:
a. Operation of both Upstream and Downstream process as per the batch plan
b. In-Process sampling and coordination with respective laboratories for results.
c. Assisting shift incharge for Production activities in Shifts
d. Perform assigned work on daily basis and report in clear manner
e. Maintain RM & consumables stock in coordination with Stores to avoid any Production delays
f. Arrange requisite resources for planned tasks and targets for the day
g. Supervising proper housekeeping of Production area.
