6. Key Responsibilities:

a. Design, develop, and optimize molecular biology assays (RT-PCR, qPCR, nucleic acid-based detection systems).

b. Contribute to development of diagnostic kits for infectious diseases, genetic conditions, and cancers.

c. Work on assay validation, analytical sensitivity/specificity, and performance optimization.

d. Develop and refine protocols for sample processing, amplification, and detection.

e. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality

f. Prepare scientific documentation.

SOPs, validation reports, and regulatory submissions.

g. Stay updated with advancements in molecular diagnostics and emerging technologies.

h. Support product transfer from R&D to manufacturing scale.

7. Required Qualifications:

-M. Sc / M.Tech / PhD in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.

-Strong hands-on experience in RT-PCR/qPCR and nucleic acid techniques.

-Understanding of assay development, primer/probe design, and validation processes.

-Exposure to infectious disease diagnostics, oncology markers, or genetic testing is preferred.

-Good scientific writing and documentation skills.
