Job Responsibilities:
-Production Oversight: Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations for the manufacturing of both DNA/RNA extraction kits (reagents, buffers, consumables) and lateral flow devices.
-Quality & Compliance: Ensure all production activities strictly adhere to established Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP/IVD-specific requirements).
-Process Optimization: Continuously monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output yield.
-Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive batch records, equipment logs, and production reports.
Experience and Skills Set:
-Master's degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Chemistry
-Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a life science manufacturing environment.
-Strong working knowledge of QMS standards
