2. Downstream Process -

Key Responsibilities:

-Protein purification using AΚΤΑ chromatography systems

-TFF (UF/DF) process development & optimization

-Buffer preparation, filtration, centrifugation, and DSP operations

-Scale-up, troubleshooting & process optimization

-GLP/GMP documentation

-Tech transfer & pilot-scale support
