SUN pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated professional with strong technical expertise in biosimilar product characterization to join their Proteomics team.

1. Function: R&D Biotechnology (Proteomics)
2. Grade: Sr. Executive/Manager
Protein Characterization
3. Qualification: M.Sc./MTech in Biochemistry / Biotechnology.
4. Experience: 5-9 years
5. Job Location: Vadodara
6. Key Responsibilities
-Develop LC-MS based methods for protein and peptide product characterization.
-Qualify methods for pipeline products and ensure suitability for intended purposes.
-Design and implement integrated strategies using chromatography and mass spectrometry for qualitative and quantitative assessment of product-related variants and impurities.
-Innovator product batch characterization (LC-MS, CEX-MS, SEC-MS) and preparation of quality target profiles.
-Develop advanced workflows such as multi-attribute methods for PTMs, sequence variants, HCP profiling, disulfide bond analysis, cell culture metabolite analysis, and glycan analysis.
-Prepare and review Method Development Reports (MDR) and Analytical Test Procedures (ATP).
-Handle regulatory queries and draft technical content for regulatory dossiers.
7. Technical/Functional Skills:
-Strong knowledge of analytical method development, qualification, and protein characterization.
-Experience in bio similarity assessment of biologics for regulated markets is desirable.
-Hands-on experience in analytical development for monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, and peptides is highly desirable.
