5. Role Overview
They are looking for a Senior Biobank Associate Operations with relevant experience to support clinical biospecimen collection, processing, storage, and documentation across hospital sites. 
This role requires independent handling of operations along with the ability to demonstrate leadership in coordinating with cross-functional teams including clinicians, nursing staff, and pathology teams.
6. Key Responsibilities
-Independently coordinate collection of blood, biopsy, and surgical samples
-Handle informed consent processes with minimal supervision
-Process and aliquot biospecimens (DNA, RNA, serum, plasma, PBMCs)
-Ensure accurate sample labeling, storage, and inventory management
-Enter, review, and manage patient and sample data in LIMS/databases
-Adhere to SOPs and actively support quality, ethics, and audit activities
-Take ownership of site-level coordination and ensure smooth workflow execution
-Demonstrate leadership in managing day-to-day operations and stakeholder coordination
7. Eligibility: 
M.Sc. in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Molecular Biology
8. Experience: 
-Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in clinical research/biobanking/hospital-based operations
-Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
-Proven ability to work independently and exhibit leadership qualities
-Willingness to work in hospital environments
